What follows is the agreement between you and SWANSON HEALTH PRODUCTS, INC. (EIN 45-0324367), which trades as SWANSON HEALTH PRODUCTS INC and operates drymhealth.com. It covers who may buy, what is promised, what is not, and which state's law decides any disagreement.

1. Agreeing to this

Browsing the site, buying from it, or asking for our text or email messages all count as accepting these terms and the Privacy Policy. If any part of them does not suit you, the remedy is simply not to use the site, and nothing is owed either way.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services, make a purchase, or subscribe to our marketing communications. By using our website, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

3. Products and Health Disclaimer

Catalogue Line and all products sold on this website are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Individual results may vary. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement regimen.

4. Consent to receive text messages

Where you give a mobile number and tick the consent box, you are agreeing under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) that SWANSON HEALTH PRODUCTS INC may send you recurring automated marketing and informational text messages at that number. What that commits each side to is set out below.

5. Sending something back

The return window is 365 days from delivery and it applies whether or not the seal is broken. Start it at support@drymhealth.com. Once the goods arrive back, the refund is put through to the original payment method and clears in 5 to 10 business days. We do not deduct a restocking fee.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of SWANSON HEALTH PRODUCTS, INC. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. What we are and are not answerable for

SWANSON HEALTH PRODUCTS, INC. stands behind the products it sells and will put right what it gets wrong, up to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Beyond that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

8. Law and venue

This agreement is made under the laws of the State of North Dakota, United States, with conflict-of-law principles disregarded, and any proceeding belongs in the courts sitting in North Dakota. Consumer protections available to you under your own state's law are unaffected.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend this page. Amendments take effect on publication, carry a revised date, and apply to use of the site from then on. An order already placed stays governed by the version in force at the time.

11. Mail order, postage and batches

  • Orders are accepted by telephone, by email and by post. Whichever route is used, SWANSON HEALTH PRODUCTS, INC. states the total including postage and waits for your agreement before charging anything.
  • A card given over the telephone or by post is used for that order only and is not retained afterwards.
  • Postage zones and the times quoted against them are the carrier's usual performance and are not guarantees given on the carrier's behalf. Weekends and public holidays are not business days.
  • Every unit carries a batch number and an expiry, recorded against the order so that a withdrawal can reach the customers who received that batch. In that event we contact you, refund in full, and do not require the goods back first.
  • Prices follow the cost of the next delivery and move in both directions. A change applies from the day new stock is booked in and never backwards to an order already placed.
  • Where an item sells out after your order is taken, we tell you the same working day and refund in full rather than substituting something we judge to be similar.
  • Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the law of your own state. Where the two differ, whichever is better for you applies.
