Catalogue

The list, and what is printed against every line

Everything here is a dietary supplement for adults. None of it is medicine and none of it is offered as a treatment for anything.

The list is short on purpose. A mail-order house that lists thousands of lines is holding most of them on paper only, and the first you learn of that is when the parcel does not arrive.

Want it on paper?

Telephone +1 (224) 348-7259 or write to support@drymhealth.com and we post a printed price list, free, with no obligation and nobody following it up.

Ask for large print and you get large print.

What is listed

Four groups

Each group is bought deep rather than wide, which is the only reason one markup across the list can be as low as it is.

The groups and what each covers
GroupWhat is in it
Daily basicsMultivitamin and multimineral tablets and capsules for adults, including versions with no added iron.
Single nutrientsIndividual vitamins and minerals, with the specific salt or ester printed rather than just the element name.
OilsMarine and plant oils, each carrying its batch oxidation figure and the date that figure was measured.
Everyday digestionFibre and live cultures. Culture counts are quoted at the end of shelf life, not at manufacture.

Not listed, and not obtainable to order: weight-loss products, sports performance lines, ingestible cosmetics, proprietary blends, and anything whose own packaging claims to treat a condition.

Sizes

What each size costs

Larger sizes cost less per day because they cost less to pick, pack and post. That is the whole of the reason.

On every entry

What the catalogue tells you about a line

  • The maker and the facility. Who physically produced it, not only whose name is on the front.
  • The full Supplement Facts panel. The authoritative statement of contents; it overrides anything written elsewhere, this catalogue included.
  • The other-ingredients line in full. Binders, capsule shell, colourings. Nobody with an allergy should have to telephone to ask.
  • The form of each nutrient. Two entries can name the same mineral and supply entirely different salts of it.
  • The batch and expiry we are shipping today. Ask on the telephone and we will read it out before you commit.
  • Whether a certificate of analysis exists for that batch, who issued it and what it covers. Where none exists, the entry says so.

Suggested use and safety

  • Follow the suggested use printed on the item you received. Where the label and this catalogue disagree, the label is right and the catalogue is a mistake we want told about.
  • Adults 18 and over. Nothing listed is intended for children.
  • Do not exceed the suggested use.
  • Put it to a qualified healthcare professional before starting, particularly if you take prescription medication, are managing a condition, or are pregnant or nursing.
  • Stop and seek advice if anything disagrees with you. Mind the expiry, especially on oils.
